Simple pricing. No setup fee.

Any vehicle you actively rent out and manage in Rentdeck — each one you add to your fleet counts as one vehicle. Vehicles you've archived or sold don't count toward your monthly price.

The Rs. 3,000 base price covers your first 15 vehicles. Every vehicle after that adds Rs. 250 per month — counted one by one, with no tier jumps. So 16 vehicles is Rs. 3,250 and 20 vehicles is Rs. 4,250.

If your fleet size changes during the month, we adjust your next bill to match.

No. Your bill is only the Rs. 3,000 base price plus Rs. 250 per vehicle above 15 — nothing else. There's no setup fee, no per-feature charges, and no add-ons: every feature is included in that one price.

You get full access to every feature for 14 days, with your own vehicles and bookings — no card required to start. At the end of the trial you decide whether to continue. Nothing is charged automatically — if you don't continue, the trial simply ends.

To start, we take payment by bank transfer in Sri Lankan rupees. After your trial we send a simple monthly invoice with our bank details; you transfer the amount and you're set.

We're working on adding card and online payment options — for now, bank transfer keeps things straightforward and fee-free.
